When i first saw this and read up on it ,i have to say this really worried me.Now that i have had time to soak it in,read more and think…GO OKLAHOMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is time to take our nation back.Too much bs….going on on all levels…Government has stepped in way over our heads…Too much control and has sent our beloved usa to hell and trying to send all of us there…TIME TO STOP THE MADNESS,,,i have wondered how we as one can stand up and make change,,now is the time…Once the ball has started we can’t let it stop…Government has taken our rights away,religion,bussiness,money,raising our kids ,,schools,values,EVERYTHING!time to stop this….I know with everything there is a price…BUT,,,the price we have already paid is far worse than what may lie ahead..AND WHAT WILL BE A HIGHER PRICE IF WE STAND BACK AND DO NOTHING TO STOP THIS….the usa was founded on the rights to worship and grow outside of government telling them what they could and could not do…we have allowed over the years for the thing to happen here ,that the pilgrims escaped from!!!!!DONT YOU SEE……
I know what was done to the american indians was wrong…I am half cherokee,half white…I love both sides of my heritage…but thIS last year i have become ashamed of what is happening all over…GOVERNMENT DOES NOT RULE US PEOPLE….each state should rule their own..the state is run by the people that that state votes in..so that means that the voice of the people is what rules….not a selected few setting somewhere in a bldg. hundreds or thousands of miles from us…I am not for violence…i am christian….I love this nation,,i love my state….I love my god and i love JESUS!
Why have we sent all our jobs overseas??????????????
why is our dollar falling while other countries are rising???????????
why do we owe other nations???????????
why do we depend on them for survival?????????????????
Why the hell is most my grandson’s toys made in other nations????????(full of lead????????????????
why have we killed over 4,0000,0000 babies and called it choice????????(God has heard their cries that we could not in case you have not noticed!)))))))
why are contaminates being sprayed all over the place that is toxic???????

this must change,,,Obama constantly speaks of change and hillary too…THEY ARE A JOKE! the change they speak of is the same crap that has landed us in this mess to begin with!It just has new names and reasons on it…I am all for taking care of our planet..suppose too..the litter along the road makes me mad,The junk and garbage piled up in the creeks and rivers infuriates me..Our kids play there and we eat the fish from these streams.Not to mention the wildlife and the fish that needs clean water as much as you and i…All these chemicals and treatments that are poured and sprayed in our dirt daily is killing us…DON’T YOU SEE THAT?
i WAS LOOKING AT THE WOOD THAT WAS USED TO REPLACE AND OLD BRIDGE,there are tags still attached to the end of the wood..it is treated with stuff that says ” over a period of time this could be dangerous in water!!!!!!!!!!what the heck is that????????????????????????????????????
Our people in charge are killing us slowly and blame it all on cigerettes!!!!! Cigerettes are bad i know but the crap that is being pumped into our food and water is far worse…Ever wonder why so many kids ahve allergies and health problems..look what we are feeding them!Did you know that the vitamin d they put in milk now is not the actual vitamin d but something that can make you sick??research it..this is true..One of the many reasons we are so sick….After you take time time to research you will be doing like a lot more and looking for a jersey cow!!! A Joint Resolution claiming sovereignty
under the
Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the
United
States over certain powers; serving notice to
the
federal government to cease and desist
certain
mandates; and directing distribution.
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment to the
Constitution of the United
States reads as follows:
“The powers not delegated to the United
States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the
States, are reserved to
the States respectively, or to the people.”; and
WHEREAS, the Tenth Amendment defines
the total scope of federal
power as being that specifically granted by the
Constitution of the
United States and no more; and
WHEREAS, the scope of power defined by the
Tenth Amendment means
that the federal government was created by
the states specifically
to be an agent of the states; and
WHEREAS, today, in 2008, the states are
demonstrably treated as
agents of the federal government; and
WHEREAS, many federal mandates are
directly in violation of the
Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the
United States; and
WHEREAS, the United States Supreme Court
has ruled in New York
v. United States, 112 S. Ct. 2408 (1992), that
Congress may not
simply commandeer the legislative and
regulatory processes of the
states; and
WHEREAS, a number of proposals from
previous administrations and
some now pending from the present
administration and from Congress
may further violate the Constitution of the
United States.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION
OF THE 51ST OKLAHOMA
LEGISLATURE:
THAT the State of Oklahoma hereby claims
sovereignty under the
Tenth Amendment to the Constitution of the
United States over all
powers not otherwise enumerated and
granted to the federal
government by the Constitution of the
United States.
THAT this serve as Notice and Demand to
the federal government,
as our agent, to cease and desist, effective
immediately, mandates
that are beyond the scope of these
constitutionally delegated
powers.
THAT a copy of this resolution be distributed
to the President
of the United States, the President of the
United States Senate, the
Speaker of the United States House of
Representatives, the Speaker
of the House and the President of the Senate
of each state’s
legislature of the United States of America,
and each member of the
Oklahoma Congressional Delegation.

CONSTITUTIONAL PRIVILEGE: 0
Sovereignty of a state isn’t the same as succeeding from the union of the US – it is just telling the federal government that they can’t just take over – they have a purpose and limits and they are bound to those and can’t just walk in and take over anything and everything they feel like – such as enforcing the Real ID’s or the North American Union. If all states did this, the federal government would still be there – just limited as intended.
